These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, mobile experiences, and services offered by RANOVA by ADS2 Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“RANOVA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years old or using under supervision of a parent/guardian.

• By ordering, you represent you have legal capacity and valid payment authority.

3. Products and Services

• Categories: Energy drink (Spark), perfumes (Aura), lipsticks (Rouge), women’s athleisure (Move).

• We aim for accurate descriptions, images, ingredients/materials, sizing, and pricing. Minor variations in color/finish/scent may occur due to screen settings, batch variation, or natural ingredients.

• We may discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of products at any time.

4. Health, Safety, and Use

• Energy drinks contain caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, individuals sensitive to caffeine, or persons with certain medical conditions. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Read labels carefully.

• Cosmetics and perfumes: Patch test recommended. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

• Apparel: Follow care labels to preserve performance and fit.

• Always read and follow product labels, ingredient lists, warnings, and usage instructions on the packaging.

5. Compliance and Quality

• We align with applicable Indian regulations, including FSSAI for beverages, Cosmetics Rules 2020 for cosmetics, and IFRA guidelines for fragrance safety where applicable.

• We maintain internal quality assurance and may publish batch-level summaries and test highlights on our Labs page. Such summaries are for transparency and do not replace statutory disclosures on product labels.

6. Pricing, Taxes, and Availability

• Prices are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout.

• Prices, offers, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• In case of pricing or inventory errors, we may cancel or refund orders at our discretion.

7. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

• Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products and share shipment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock issues, regulatory restrictions, or errors.

• Payment methods: UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, COD (where enabled). For COD, limits and verification may apply.

• Cancellations:

  • Before dispatch: Request via Support; we’ll try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.

  • After dispatch: Follow Returns/Refunds policy below.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• Pan-India shipping via third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery 2–6 business days (may vary by location, product type, and peak seasons).

• Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, strikes, or force majeure. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address provided. Ensure accurate shipping details.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• General policy:

  • Beauty/Perfume: Unopened and sealed items eligible for return within 7 days of delivery; safety and hygiene rules apply.

  • Apparel: Size exchanges within 15 days when unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Energy drink: Refund/replacement for transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

• Non-returnable: Used/opened beauty/perfume, consumed beverages, gift cards, discounted final sale items, and any item not in original condition.

• Process: Raise a request via Support with order ID, issue details, and media (if applicable). Upon approval, we’ll arrange pickup or provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to original payment method; COD refunds via bank transfer or store credit.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet policy conditions.

10. Subscriptions (if enabled)

• Subscription discounts apply while the subscription is active. Skips, changes, or cancellations can be made via account portal before the renewal cutoff. Failed payments may pause or cancel the subscription.

11. Promotions and Coupons

• Promo codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined unless specified, and may exclude certain items or collections. If items are returned from a discounted order, refunds reflect the actual amount paid.

12. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site—including trademarks (RANOVA, Spark, Aura, Rouge, Move), logos, product names, images, text, graphics, videos, and code—is owned by RANOVA or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

13. User Content and Reviews

• By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant RANOVA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and operations.

• You represent your content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and does not contain harmful code or personal data of others without consent.

• We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

• We may link to third-party sites/services (e.g., payment processors, logistics tracking). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use at your own risk and review their terms.

15. Accounts, Security, and Fraud

• Keep account credentials confidential. You’re responsible for activities under your account.

• We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, policy violations, or security concerns.

16. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, RANOVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our site or products.

• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

17. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Except as expressly stated, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RANOVA, its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of products, violation of rights, or applicable law.

19. Privacy and Data

• Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data. By using our site, you consent to our data practices. You are responsible for accurate information and keeping contact details updated.

20. Force Majeure

• We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, governmental actions, or internet failures.

Do not use the site to:
